Responsibilities

• Service and customer care
• Theft prevention
• Implementation of immediate measures in the event of an incident
• Carrying out closing services in the building
• Enforcement of house rules
• Support in operating and monitoring building management and security technology

Requirements

• Sachkundeprüfung gemäß § 34a der Gewerbeordnung
• Reliability and a clean criminal record (current and unblemished certificate of good conduct)
• Experience as a doorman or shop detective is an advantage
• Very good German skills (written and spoken)
• Good English skills are an advantage
• High level of customer orientation and a well-groomed appearance
• Good communication skills and manners
• Loyalty, independence, and an autonomous way of working
• Physical resilience
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
