Shopfloor Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of the Final pack, Pre-pack, and Processing production plans on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Re-balance the weekly production plan to maintain updated SAP data, ensuring finished goods priorities and machine utilization are optimized.
• Optimize labor resources by providing operations with data on required personnel flexing between plants.
• Provide immediate direction to production areas regarding line priorities when issues like absenteeism or maintenance arise.
• Coordinate with Materials Planning to adjust plans based on supplier delivery delays or material shortages.
• Monitor and follow up on deviations affecting OTIF (On-Time In-Full), schedule adherence, and volume to identify root causes and trigger corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production planning processes and inventory analysis.
• Proficiency in using SAP for production and data management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience applying problem-solving methodologies to operational challenges.
• Intermediate English proficiency (conversational) with strong structured communication skills.
• Ability to work a 4x4 shift schedule.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
