Shop/Field Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote the service aspect of the business to generate profitable service revenues
• Coordinate all service resources to achieve targeted goals and objectives
• Support the direction, coordination, and evaluation of service technicians
• Implement procedures to ensure organized and structured service activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for technical competency development
• Assist with warranty issues and documentation for product feedback
• Communicate work order status and progress to customers and management
• Adhere to all company safety and environmental requirements

Requirements

• Certificate of Completion from a Technical or Trade School
• 5-7+ years of related experience or training
• Ability to maintain US MSHA Training Certificates
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read hydraulic and 24-volt schematics
• Advanced knowledge of Epiroc equipment and Rig Control Systems (RCS)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if required
• Willingness to travel as required by the position
