Shop Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite and app campaigns by uploading banners, updating visuals, and publishing content across the Danish shop
• Maintain and optimize shop content using our internal Content Management System (CMS)
• Ensure all campaign elements go live correctly, look sharp, and align with quality standards
• Translate and adapt promotional texts, product descriptions, and campaign content into Danish
• Proactively identify and fix inconsistencies, missing information, or content issues
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure Danish content meets customer expectations

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (C2 level) and communicative English
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Highly organized and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines
• Execution-oriented mindset focused on improving user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
• Experience using JIRA
