Shop Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite and app campaigns by uploading banners, updating visuals, and publishing content for the Danish shop
• Maintain and optimize shop content using internal Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Ensure all campaign elements go live correctly and align with quality standards
• Translate and adapt promotional texts, product descriptions, and campaign content into Danish
• Proactively identify and fix content inconsistencies or missing information
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure Danish content meets customer expectations

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (C2 level)
• Communicative English skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work effectively with deadlines
• Execution-oriented mindset focused on user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
• Experience using JIRA for task management
