Shop Mitarbeiter

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and competent advice to customers and passengers at the Hamburg ZOB FlixShop
• Sell tickets and inform customers about the Flix service offerings
• Ensure smooth operations and passenger coordination before bus departures
• Support passengers with the check-in process
• Distribute informational materials such as flyers and magazines to buses
• Actively contribute to a positive on-site customer experience and process improvements

Requirements

• Availability for a part-time position (30 hours per week)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, airport operations, or similar fields is ideal
• Proficiency in German; basic English skills are an advantage
• Computer literacy, including experience with internet and email communication
• Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and organized in stressful environments
