Shop Mitarbeiter

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and competent ticket consultation and sales at the Frankfurt ZOB FlixShop
• Inform passengers about Flix services and offerings
• Maintain and update schedules and departure information
• Coordinate passenger check-ins and ensure smooth operations before bus departures
• Assign buses to terminal positions and manage operational bus dispatching on-site
• Coordinate closely with dispatchers, drivers, and external bus companies
• Distribute informational materials such as flyers and magazines to buses
• Actively contribute to a positive customer experience and process improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, airport operations, or similar fields
• Fluency in German
• Basic English language skills
• Proficiency with PC, internet, and email communication
• Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure or stressful environments
