About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee impeccable in-store service by advising customers on products and the Rituals philosophy
- Define ambitious weekly and daily objectives and drive commercial indicators with the team
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of in-store procedures
- Manage team administration including optimized scheduling
- Recruit, retain, train, and coach the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shop Manager or Profit Center Manager in retail
- Ability to develop long-term commercial strategies for the point of sale
- Expertise in administrative team management
- Natural leadership skills with ability to coach employees daily
- Strong initiative-taking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
