Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve set KPIs in collaboration with the Area Manager
• Develop monthly plans based on productivity goals
• Ensure optimal store administration including HR, recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security
• Manage store budget and inventory
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Foster employee engagement through regular personal meetings and team meetings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a store manager in retail or customer service
• Leadership skills including communication, coaching, and talent development
• Solution-oriented decision-making abilities
• Strong collaborative, attentive, and communicative skills
• Good system and data skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Must be 18 years of age or older
