Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee impeccable in-store service by advising customers on products and the Rituals philosophy
• Define ambitious weekly and daily objectives and drive commercial indicators with the team
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of in-store procedures
• Manage administrative tasks including optimized staff scheduling
• Recruit, retain, train, and coach the team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shop Manager or Profit Center Manager in retail
• Ability to develop long-term commercial strategies for the point of sale
• Expertise in administrative team management
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach employees daily
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in IT tools
