Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Manage inventory strategically, including stock control and logistics execution
• Coordinate merchandise reception and replenishment
• Analyze store productivity and stock performance indicators
• Adapt to dynamic environments including campaigns and promotions
• Drive team engagement through regular individual follow-ups and meetings
• Manage conflicts and high-stress situations effectively

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a store manager in the retail sector
• Previous experience in shopping centers or outlets
• Strong leadership and people management skills (coaching, communication, inspiration)
• Proven experience in team motivation and development
• Ability to make decisions and resolve problems
• High analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills regarding stock and planning
