About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, KPIs, and success in collaboration with the Area Manager
- Develop monthly plans based on productivity goals
- Ensure optimal store administration including HR, recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security
- Manage store budget, product stock, and daily routines such as inventory and cleanliness
- Drive employee well-being and engagement through regular personal meetings and team meetings
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a store manager in retail or customer service
- Leadership skills including communication, coaching, and talent development
- Ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions
- Collaborative, attentive, and communicative nature
- Good system and data literacy
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Must be 18 years of age or older
