Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, KPIs, and success in collaboration with the Area Manager
• Develop monthly plans based on productivity goals
• Ensure optimal store administration including HR, recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security
• Manage store budget, product stock, and daily routines such as inventory and cleanliness
• Drive employee well-being and engagement through regular personal meetings and team meetings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a store manager in retail or customer service
• Leadership skills including communication, coaching, and talent development
• Ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions
• Collaborative, attentive, and communicative nature
• Good system and data literacy
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Must be 18 years of age or older
