Responsibilities
- Manage the Jerez Boutique, leading sales and team management
- Drive the achievement of store results and KPIs
- Develop, train, and motivate the boutique team
- Analyze commercial indicators and drive sales growth
- Act as a brand ambassador and liaison with ECI
- Implement new procedures and policies within the team
Requirements
