About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the boutique point of sale and ensure all Pandora standards for product presentation are met
- Lead the sales area and manage the team during a maternity leave substitution
- Establish individual store objectives, control budgets, and organize team schedules based on productivity goals
- Analyze store performance using KPIs to positively influence commercial results
- Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns
- Train the team to provide an excellent experience for customers and develop internal talent
- Manage and analyze stocks and orders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Shop Manager in the retail sector
- Proven experience in a similar store format, preferably with premium brands
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to create dynamic and flexible commercial environments
- Ability to manage commercial indicators (KPIs) with a strong customer orientation
- Inspiring, motivating, and positive leadership style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and main electronic/IT tools
