Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Meet and exceed Shop-in-Shop sales goals by analyzing reports and developing actionable business plans.
• Drive sales and product knowledge by educating retail partner associates on the Michael Kors selling experience.
• Manage the client database to identify engagement opportunities and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Oversee shop-in-shop and stockroom operations, ensuring organized inventory and timely delivery processing.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand standards and graphics are executed consistently.
• Maintain open communication with corporate, regional, and district management teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to use digital tools and technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
