Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of daily business operations and lead the team to deliver store standards
• Motivate the team to ensure day-to-day departmental delivery
• Communicate and coordinate with departmental colleagues to maintain excellence
• Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental policies and practices
• Review and reduce waste within the department
• Assist with colleague development plans through coaching and recommendations
• Ensure an exceptional member experience and uphold company culture

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment managing a team
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Service-focused mindset for internal and external customers
• Solution-focused approach to problems
