Shop Lead Temp Control or Power

Responsibilities

• Lead shop operations for temperature control or power equipment in Jacksonville to ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures within the shop and manage necessary repairs.
• Set up and operate equipment at the shop, either independently or in coordination with other technicians.
• Maintain and service all units in strict accordance with company policies and procedures to deliver first-class service.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent specialized diploma/vocational training.
• Experience in the definition of labor requirements, including skill set identification and time quantification for workshop activities.
• Experience working in the operations or rental industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to operate effectively under minimal supervision and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
