Shop in Shop Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Participate in the deployment of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein points of sale within major department stores in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg
• Manage BELUX projects, including project launches, plan analysis, store validation, and installation coordination
• Act as a liaison between clients and the brand in collaboration with Store Development and Wholesale teams
• Oversee orders and maintenance operations across the department store network
• Support new openings by preparing photo assets, sharing floor plans, and tracking key dates
• Research and select new service providers to optimize costs
• Monitor the budget allocated to all points of sale
• Develop effective communication with providers and prepare dedicated presentations

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage)
• Ideally, previous experience in the retail or wholesale sector
• Ability to anticipate needs, react quickly, and proactively propose solutions
