Shop Foreman - Lead Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Manage shop production and drive efficiency for the 2nd shift team
• Mentor and coach apprentices to develop the next generation of technicians
• Perform quality control through road tests and spot checks to ensure high repair standards
• Provide technical expertise and complex troubleshooting using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
• Act as the ranking leader on the shop floor to drive shift success

Requirements

• 4+ years of Heavy-Duty Truck Diesel Technician or Mechanic experience
• Proven leadership and teaching ability with a desire to grow into a Service Manager role
• A "Team-First" attitude and commitment to shop excellence
