Shop Floor Planner

Responsibilities

• Schedule, contact, and expedite parts from internal work orders, sister plants, third-party logistics, and suppliers
• Develop and implement contingency plans to manage supply chain disruptions and keep management informed
• Analyze production specifications and capability data to determine required processes, tools, and human resources
• Revise planning based on changes in demand, inventory adjustments, and Bills of Material corrections
• Expedite operations to resolve schedule delays and alter plans to meet unforeseen conditions
• Prepare production reports and may prepare purchase orders for required materials, tools, and equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain management
