Responsibilities

• Manage betting transactions carefully using the cash register system
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice and assistance
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure an optimal gaming experience
• Ensure smooth shop operations and maintain order in the shop environment
• Bring the excitement of sports directly to the guests in the shop

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills for communicating with customers
• Strong customer orientation and a passion for problem-solving
• High level of responsibility and ability to manage the shop independently
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be of legal age and possess a clean criminal record
• Experience in retail or gastronomy is a plus, but career changers are welcome
