About the role
Responsibilities
- Support passengers with tailored travel options and promote FlixBus products and services
- Welcome and guide travelers at the Amsterdam FlixBus shop in Sloterdijk Station
- Coordinate coach departures and arrivals in collaboration with drivers and operations
- Monitor and report service-impacting issues such as delays or security concerns
- Manage ticket sales, refunds, and cash desk responsibilities
- Actively respond to disruptions and assist passengers on-site
- Use digital tools including apps and tablets to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, transport, tourism, or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in both English and French
- Proficiency in using digital tools and handling on-site tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain resilient under pressure and work flexibly in a team
- Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus
