Shop Employee

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and advice to passengers regarding travel options and FlixBus products
• Manage ticket sales, including processing changes, refunds, and handling cash/sales systems
• Greet and assist travelers at the FlixShop in Warsaw to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide accurate information regarding schedules, pricing, and travel regulations
• Coordinate bus arrivals and departures in collaboration with drivers and the operational team
• Monitor service quality and report operational issues such as delays or incidents
• Maintain shop standards, including cleanliness, lost and found management, and health and safety compliance

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Polish
• Good command of the English language
• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive tasks
• Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 and 22:30, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language
