Shop Employee

Responsibilities

• Support and advise passengers on travel options while promoting FlixBus products and services
• Welcome and guide travelers at the FlixShop in Warsaw to ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage ticket sales, changes, and refunds, including cash desk operations
• Provide accurate travel information and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site disruptions
• Coordinate coach arrivals and departures in collaboration with drivers and operations teams
• Monitor service quality and report operational issues such as delays or incidents
• Maintain shop operations, including cleanliness, equipment, and lost & found handling

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish
• Good command of English
• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Willingness to work shifts (including afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Flexibility to work between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage
