About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and promote FlixBus services and travel offers
- Welcome and guide travelers at the Bordeaux bus station
- Manage bus departures and arrivals in coordination with drivers and the operations team
- Monitor and report service-affecting elements such as delays or incidents
- Handle sales, refunds, and cash management
- Support passengers during network disruptions
- Utilize digital tools to facilitate operations and passenger reception
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service orientation
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort working in the field
- Experience in sales or cash management
- Ability to handle stress, maintain flexibility, and work effectively in a team
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in hospitality, sales, tourism, or transport is a plus
