About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparing fresh sushi and asian snacks on a daily basis
- Processing raw goods, especially fish and vegetables
- Responsibility for the observance of quality and hygiene standards
- Receipt of goods and proper documentation including verification of delivery notes
- Quality control through temperature measurement
- Answering customer questions regarding products
Requirements
- Experience in gastronomy (not required)
- Sushi-related experience is an advantage
- Enjoyment of interacting with customers
- Friendly demeanor and tidy, polite appearance
- Ability to work in teams and take accountability
- Good knowledge of Czech or English language
Benefits
- 24 days of paid vacation leave per year
- Monthly salary starting at 35,000 CZK gross for full-time employees
