About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparing fresh sushi and Asian snacks on a daily basis
- Processing raw goods, specifically fish and vegetables
- Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Receiving goods and handling documentation and quality control
- Answering customer questions regarding products
Requirements
- Experience in gastronomy (not required)
- Sushi-related experience is an advantage
- Friendly, tidy, and polite appearance
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for performance
