Responsibilities

• Process betting transactions carefully using the cash register system
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice and assistance
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure an optimal gaming experience
• Ensure smooth shop operations and maintain order in the shop environment
• Bring sports passion and energy to the shop to engage guests

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills for communicating with customers
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service
• Highly responsible and able to manage shop tasks independently
• Flexible availability for shift work, including weekends
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and assertive in busy or complex situations
• Must be of legal age and possess a clean criminal record
• Experience in retail or gastronomy is a plus, but career changers are welcome
