Shop Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers
• Provide advice and information regarding offers
• Replenish stock and maintain store appearance
• Stimulate sales of private label products
• Deliver high-quality customer service

Requirements

• Passion for retail, hospitality, and customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to think in solutions and possibilities
• Eagerness to learn new tasks and departments
• Minimum of high school education completed
• Availability for 24 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
