Shipside Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the resolution of emergent issues across multiple functions to support specific operations
• Conduct assessments of processes and practices to ensure compliance with applicable standards and criteria
• Provide feedback on assessment results to support continuous improvement
• Assist teammates in the implementation of strategic plans and operational strategies
• Work under general supervision to support the 737 Northline Manufacturing team

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
• 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis or operations research
• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring strong problem-solving and analytical skills
