Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, and document any discrepancies or damages
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and related documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all warehouse operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and shipping documentation
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with shipping software and barcode scanning technology
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing operational needs
