Shipping/RMA Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on open RMA orders
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting to close orders
• Manually load or unload RMA orders from pallets, skids, or lifting devices
• Process changes in ERP system (INFOR)
• Confirm quality checks and documentation completion
• Communicate with vendors regarding replacements or credit notes
• Assist in the purchase process including sourcing, quotations, and monitoring delivery timelines
• Notify stakeholders of potential material delays
• Maintain accurate files for pricing and order confirmations

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in Warehouse/Shipping
• Valid forklift certification
• Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 50lbs
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between buildings
• High school graduate (technical post-secondary training preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous RMA experience in a manufacturing environment
• One year of forklift experience
