Shipping/Receiving Support

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and administrative tasks for shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, and equipment.
• Unpack and verify received goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Reject unsatisfactory items and manage inventory documentation.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, including posting weights and shipping charges.
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory locations and manufacturing lines.
• Prepare kitting packages for assembly production as needed.
• Operate forklifts and handle the lifting of heavy items.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Capability to operate a forklift.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling.
• Flexible schedule availability.
