Shipping Warehouse Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with weight limits and customer specifications
• Verify customer pickup numbers, lot numbers, and shipping documentation for accuracy
• Inspect trailers, pallets, and product packaging before loading to ensure quality and safety
• Coordinate the safe unloading of raw materials and verify incoming shipments against bills of lading
• Maintain accurate inventory control, documentation, and organized warehouse storage
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper forklift operation and use of PPE
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free loading and dock areas

Requirements

• Forklift operating experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer, data entry, and paperwork documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and pre-employment drug screening
