Shipping & Warehouse Manager, Equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel and operations for the assigned shipping and warehouse area to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.
• Direct functions and personnel across all shifts to achieve daily operational plans and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain inventory practices to support an accuracy rate of 99.5% or greater.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma processes to improve key performance indicators.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and associates, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers, transportation providers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and audit time and attendance records to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet budget, P&L, and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of operations management, distribution, warehousing, or supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and labor management systems.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
