Shipping Verification Clerk

Responsibilities

• Verify that all materials scheduled for export match the correct part numbers and quantities
• Cross-check shipment documentation against physical inventory
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and export requirements
• Identify and report discrepancies immediately
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and documentation teams as needed
• Maintain accurate records of verified shipments

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and part numbers
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience with shipping or export processes
• Familiarity with cross-border shipments to Mexico
