Shipping Technician I

Responsibilities

• Execute various SAP transactions to maintain streamlined stock and sales order flow
• Manage cylinder stock and report levels to production and laboratory personnel
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time with accurate paperwork, including bills of lading
• Verify that all packaging, labeling, and markings comply with applicable regulations
• Perform goods receipts in SAP and maintain an organized work area
• Monitor the daily Work Center Que Report and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Maintain inventory of necessary forms, labels, and shipping supplies

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to comply with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulatory requirements
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform duties in environments where respirators are required
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform unit conversions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military experience
