Shipping Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship finished goods to distribution centers and customers accurately and on time
• Operate forklifts and dock equipment safely, including performing battery changes
• Manage the start-up, shut-down, and change-over of palletizers and conveyor systems
• Ensure all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize production downtime
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all shipping procedures

Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts and dock equipment
• Ability to operate palletizers and conveyor systems
• Capability to perform minor mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Availability to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
