About the role
About the Company
ECOCEM France is a human-sized company specializing in the production and marketing of eco-responsible construction materials.
Responsibilities
- Welcome drivers and process customer orders
- Manage stocks and maintain management files for accounting and finance interfaces
- Develop road delivery schedules and organize/plan deliveries
- Manage delivery deadlines (normal, express, etc.)
- Monitor maritime and fluvial operations
- Act as the point of contact for transport providers (road, rail, maritime, fluvial)
- Coordinate between internal departments (production, sales) and customers
- Identify malfunctions and optimize transport solutions for quality and cost
- Resolve delivery disputes
- Participate in big-bag production and handling for container loading
- In the absence of the Shipping Manager: plan production/stock based on sales forecasts, control carrier invoices, and disseminate reports to relevant services
Requirements
- Bac+2 degree in logistics (e.g., BTS Gestion des transports logistiques)
- 5 years of experience in logistics
- First experience in industrial logistics, team management, and procurement
- Operational English for interacting with European stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Sage (X3) is a plus
- Organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
