Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale
• Provide leadership, direct supervision, and motivation to achieve high employee retention
• Confirm compliance with Safety and Quality professional standards
• Lead a safe, well-organized workplace within a TPS Environment
• Record daily KPIs and maintain updated reports
• Provide employee coaching, development, and performance appraisals
• Collaborate with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments
• Manage production support systems, including scrap and inventory data

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Leader or Shop Leader
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP software and Assembly management software
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
• Ability to interpret and relay production data and KPIs
