Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate shipping activities through standardized work instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage shipping schedules on a weekly and daily basis and perform trusted link processes to download releases on CMS.
• Generate shipping paperwork, validate ASNs, and maintain accurate paperwork records.
• Respond to customer tickets, problems, or complaints promptly.
• Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
• Order necessary materials, supplies, or equipment for the shipping department.
• Report open issues during shift changes to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or shipping role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications/administration systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
