Shipping Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ship outgoing shipments including preparing, moving, labeling, and building boxes
• Operate pallet jacks and print necessary paperwork
• Maintain inventory of kits and shipping supplies based on order points
• Perform data entry using spreadsheets, third-party systems, and ERP software
• Manage work orders and all supporting documentation
• Pick and pack material ensuring order accuracy
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Troubleshoot carrier issues related to site delivery or pickup
• Build kits for outgoing shipments according to bill of materials

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL International Shipping
• Experience with Microsoft GP or similar ERP software
