About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices and packing slips
- Coordinate loading of outgoing shipments and ensure proper packaging
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality
- Use pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials and load/unload trucks
- Document project quality through photography and quality check sheets
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or a related role
- Required forklift experience and ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for a full workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with ERP software such as Infor Visual or Acumatica
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards
