About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards
- Process all orders within 24 hours
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
- Create and manage shipping labels and documentation
- Coordinate with various carriers to schedule pickups and manage shipping logistics
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping area
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in handling shipping software and tools
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods
