Shipping & Receiving Team Member

Responsibilities

• Store material in proper locations after verifying against packing slips or order requisitions
• Maintain organized storage of all materials within the warehouse
• Weigh, count, and consolidate work after inspection for shipment or storage
• Create accurate records of all shipments and verify merchandise against purchase orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate industrial equipment including tow motors, trucks, box stitchers, and cranes
• Use computers and printers to generate bar codes and shipping labels

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, specifically for performing inventory transactions
• Forklift certification or the ability to successfully complete an approved certification program
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to bend and lift product, equipment, and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day
