Shipping/Receiving Support

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, classification, and dispatch of materials
• Validate import/export documentation for international material movements
• Coordinate internal and external courier services for documents and packages
• Organize and safeguard material storage while keeping inventories updated
• Verify weight and size of materials to ensure they meet shipping requirements
• Manage internal and external driver coordination and transportation activities
• Coordinate preventive maintenance checks and inspections for forklifts
• Participate in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of prior experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP
