Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform initial verification for identification and damage on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Process receiving and shipping documentation accurately
• Package and process shipments according to company standards
• Maintain inventory of shipping and receiving supplies
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and walking stackers
• Follow operating procedures for packaging and transportation, including knowledge of ESD and hazardous materials

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping operations, warehouse outbound functions, or related logistics roles
• Experience driving forklifts or other product handling machinery
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs frequently and up to 75lbs with assistance or equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Proficiency with standard PC applications such as email and spreadsheets
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (US Person status required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP/EWM-ERP shipping modules
• High School Diploma or equivalent
