About the role
Responsibilities
- Unload Plant 2 Direct Trailers
- Identify, label and mark unloaded materials
- Communicate with Plant 2 Production for organization of product and shipments
- Identify, label and stage WIP
- Barcode lumber and organize finished lumber locations
- Assist in shipping and unloading LTL shipments
- Operate a forklift
- Use ERP system to create shipping and receiving paperwork
- Update inventory into all shipping and receiving systems
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to work overtime
- Reliable form of transportation
- Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Ability to operate a forklift
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to load/unload roll off dumpsters
- Ability to move 48’-53’ trailers throughout the yard
- Ability to back trailers in and out of docks
- CDL A or B license
- Strong aptitude in problem solving and process improvement
