Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily shipping and receiving logs and inventory
• Verify shipping and receiving windows are met and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Update the Hot Parts Board for expedited arrivals and maintain tool/vehicle tracking sheets
• Manage inventory to support Installation and Service teams
• Create and request RMAs and track returns for HVAC teams
• Coordinate logistics with outside warehouses and internal/external transportation providers
• Generate accurate shipping documentation and maintain diligent records of packing slips
• Receive and verify inbound materials promptly and investigate non-conformance issues

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
• Experience with hazardous materials shipping
• Experience generating shipping documentation and coordinating orders
• Ability to safely lift heavy boxes or equipment
• Active forklift license
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
