Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents for accuracy, and deliver to appropriate locations
• Enter shipment information and resolve discrepancies within the management system
• Prepare outbound packages and large freight shipments, including stretch-wrapping and banding pallets
• Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed for outbound freight
• Safely lift and move heavy boxes up to 50 pounds and operate a pallet jack
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse environment
• Use Microsoft Office applications for daily data entry and communication tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow printed and computer-screen instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FedEx Shipping interfaces
• Additional education in Supply Chain or a related field
